S/M Boer Goats was established in 2005 with purchase of our first full blood goats from the T4 Ranch dispersal sale. Sam went back to Texas to purchased does from D & D (Slaughter's) of Sheffield Texas. We added some paints from the Labor Day sale in Shreveport, LA in September 2006. Paint-the-Town from Rocky Springs Farm became a favorite of ours. In March 2007, we were able to purchase T4 Chivas and other T4 and Slaughter does from the Burns Ranch dispersal sale. Our "kids", Jessica, Stephanie, Elizabeth and Katherine have enjoyed the goats. They have shown the goats in 4H and assisted in feeding and kidding. Each is starting their own herd. We have commercial and register Boer Goats. We are located 3 miles east of Highway 183 in Elm Creek, NE. Come visit us anytime! Sam & Michelle |
